LHGC Hole 3

The 3rd hole can be a card wrecker and is the hardest hole on the course. It is the longest par 5 on the course and has a near right angle dogleg at 300 yards.

There is OOB right and left and a ditch at 220 yards crossing the fairway, it is a true beast of a hole. Only the very long hitters can reach this hole in two strokes.

Most players lay up short of the cross ditch on the tee shot. The brave then take a short cut over the corner of the OOB to leave a 100 - 150 yard third shot to reach the sloping plateau green that doesn't need bunkers to protect it.

Do not go left or long on your approach!
