President

Brian Pawson

Brian became Club President in 2003 having been Club Captain the previous year. He took over the Sunday Clutch in 1998 and continues running this social 'Texas Scramble' (Winter & Summer).

Brian is usually the first contact between the Committee & New members and can be found at the Club most mornings - Monday to Saturday and in the afternoons on Sundays. Always approachable if you want to know anything about the Club, Competitions or Rules. If he doesn't know the answer he will find out for you.

Phill joined Lofthouse Hill in 2004 after playing a few occasional round with his brother. He entered at 28 handicap, which he felt was very optomistic. Since then he has played frequently and is currently playing of a handicap of 16.

He stood for election to the Commitee in 2007 and was delighted to be elected. In 2009 he was appointed as the Honorary Secretary. A position he is still proud to hold.

He is passionate about developing the Junior section within the club and has served as the Junior Organiser for the last two years and again throughout 2011.

Mike joined LHGC in 1995 after having moved down from Scotland. He has a vast experience of golf having been playing for over 40 years and LHGC being his 8th club.

He now feels his nomadic days are over and has finally settled in what he describes as the most friendly and ever improving golf club he has had the pleasure to be a member of.
 
He is a fiercely competitive player who takes great delight and pride in being Captain of the very successful Tigers team....

Diane joined the Lofthouse Hill Golf Club only a few of seasons ago. She is a well known face in the clubhouse.

She spends alot of time at the club when she is not overseas with her work.
